First time. But very kindly helped by 2 charming ladies. Food was also ready at the agreed time. And it tasted good too. Definitely go here more often.

Had a Christmas buffet at Jin Xing. In 1 word; BAD! - We couldn't all sit at one table. (There was only 1 family left next to us for the buffet) - There was little choice and half of the containers were empty or the food was cold. - We had to keep asking if it could be refilled. - We were never asked if everything was to our liking or if we wanted something to drink. We had to ask for everything. - our dessert (2 bare scoops of ice cream) was served while all the dishes from the buffet were still on our table. - the toilets were dirty and we could not wash our hands because the taps could not be opened. Unfortunately this was a huge disappointment.

Ordered a choice menu today, the babi ketjap was inedible, I called with this message and unfortunately was not offered a suitable solution, which is a shame because the rest of the food is fine to eat.
